Mr. Harper began his career with Halliburton in Alice, TX in 2001 as a Field Engineer working primarily in South TX. His responsibilities included hydraulic fracturing design, zonal isolation/cement slurry design, onsite job execution, supervision, real time diagnostics and analytical analysis, and quality control.

Towards the end of 2002, Mr. Harper then spent the next four years with Fairmount Minerals-Santrol, as the Quality Control Manager for Resin Coated Sand Manufacturing and Plant Operations. Mr. Harper’s responsibilities included ISO 9002:1994 implementation and internal auditing certification for all resin manufacturing facilities as well as sand mine production sites across the United States. Mr. Harper then transitioned into Technical Sales with an emphasis on specialized product applications and product design applications with Research and Development.

In 2007, Mr. Harper moved back into the Hydraulic Fracture Service side of the industry with Weatherford and more recently FTSI (formerly Frac Tech) as a Sr. Account Manager and then as the Southern Region Sales Manager. He was instrumental in the growth of building the Houston Sales Team and more notably market share and resources within the Southern Region for the Eagle Ford Shale, Eaglebine, and Woodbine areas. As Region Sales Manager, Mr. Harper was instrumental in leading a Sales Team that grew the Southern Region from 2 frac fleets to a total of 9, primarily committed as Dedicated Fleets on Contract for Various Operators.

In 2014, Mr. Harper then moved over into the CNG Conversion side of the industry focusing on Engine Conversion for Dual Fuel Frac Pumps and Drilling Rigs to run on CNG. Most recently, Mr. Harper has been Vice President of Sales, focusing on the CNG Dual Fuel Conversion Applications. He was also the Vice President of Sales for Hydraulic Fracturing Fluid, Guar Powder and Guar Slurry Blending applications along with other Hydraulic Fracturing Fluid Chemical Additives.

As Executive VP of Operations, Mr. Harper works with the Ely Management Team to facilitate daily operations. Mr. Harper is also instrumental with the business development of new client and market opportunities, as well as existing client relationships.

In November of 2017, Mr. Harper was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Ely and Associates Corp to facilitate new growth and opportunity initiatives along with daily operations management and oversight.

Mr. Grimshaw has extensive experience in accounting and finance. He began his career in the London office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in auditing public and private financial companies in the City of London. He transferred to São Paulo, Brazil to gain experience in auditing US and European subsidiaries involved in the chemical and petrochemical industries.

In São Paulo, Brazil, Mr. Grimshaw joined Citibank to begin a career in banking, later transferring to work for Citibank in London, Cleveland Ohio and New York City, where he worked as a Vice President involved in Corporate Lending and Treasury Operations.

After his accounting and banking careers, Mr. Grimshaw became the Chief Financial Officer for various public and private companies. He has also worked as a CFO-Consultant for numerous clients in many different industries.

Mr. Grimshaw joined Ely and Associates as the company’s Chief Financial Officer in 2017. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
